Step up 2 the sreets, i think is a really good movie. The movie shows how passionate some people are for dancing. It also has a story of a girl who lost her mother at age sixteen. She lives with her mothers best friend, well now her guardian. Andie was about to get sent away to her aunts in texas because of bad behavior,her friend tyler convinces her to try out for a school. (MCA) Andies friend tyler is
like a brother to her. Andie getsaccepted, and she is trying to fit in there, while trying to keep her old friends happy. Her old friends were all in a dancing group, for street competitions. Well Andie made a new dance crew, with her friends from MCA, and they too want to compete on the streets.
The dancing in the movie, looks very complex. I would think it would inspire alot of people in wanting to dance. but not everyone can dance. Andy has showed how badly she wanted to dance, to went through so much. Just to do what makes her happy. During the movie, Andy meets a guy. At first it was just her dancing partner...but not before to long, they started to have feelings for eachother.
i love this movie its intense for sure i wish i could dance like these dancers they go hard i believe it would take way more time then i would ever be willing to put out so for now ill just watch and keep my feet save on the ground.
